Public Policy Specialist
Victoria is an environmental law and policy specialist with a background in research, program development and communications across a variety of sectors, in Canada and abroad. She holds a Master of Laws in Water Law from the University of Dundee, Scotland, and a Bachelor's in Environmental Science from Queen's University. Victoria is passionate about the way we relate to the natural world and the use of public policy and law as tools to shape this relationship. She has authored a variety of papers and research publications focused on comparative legal studies.
