Tania Ayoub

Program and Project Manager

Tania has extensive experience in managing a portfolio of projects related to climate change, sustainability, and technology. She holds a Diploma of Engineering in Computer and Communication and is a certified project management professional (PMP).

Before joining WCS Canada, Tania worked as a management consultant with clients across Southwest Asia, North Africa, and Europe. She has supported public entities and nonprofits in developing their operations, building their internal capacities, and adopting technology solutions. She has also experience in policy development and program development as she worked with donors and governments to advance enabling environments for social and environmental change, with a focus on local community participation, gender, and youth.
